NoorIQ villa projects start from AED 10,000. That covers a focused scope, for example lighting scenes, climate and curtains in the main living areas, designed, installed and set up by one team and run from one app.
Larger villas with more rooms, security, entertainment, energy management and outdoor areas cost more, because there is more hardware, more installation time and more calibration. We do not sell bundles or per-device price lists. Every villa is different, so you get a written fixed-price proposal after a free consultation and site visit.
What drives the price
Five things decide most of the cost of a smart villa.
- Scope: which rooms, and which systems in each room. Lighting, climate, curtains and shading, security and access, audio and entertainment, energy and EV charging, pool and garden.
- Hardware: how many devices, and which class. We use proven consumer and prosumer brands, which keeps prices sensible and avoids lock-in to one vendor.
- The villa itself: new build or existing home, the wiring that is already there, and where switches, AC units and curtain tracks sit.
- Installation and calibration: fitting everything on site, connecting it into one system, and tuning scenes and schedules to how your family lives.
- Handover and after-care: showing the family how everything works, and support after you move in.
What a turnkey price should include

In a new build or a major renovation you can plan wiring for every room from the start. That can cost more upfront but gives the most freedom later. In the consultation we tell you honestly which route suits your villa.
Running costs
